Account & billing lets you open the reader, see your trial or renewal date, update payment details, download invoices, and cancel. Read the 3-day refund policy if you were recently charged.
Help us find the issue
Include your account email, browser/device, what happened, and any error message. For file problems, tell us the format and whether the file contains selectable text. You do not need to send your book. Never email passwords, security codes, or full payment-card numbers.
Payment support
Checkout and receipts are handled through Stripe/Link. You can also use the payment-support link in your receipt for transaction help.
